The first secret she divulged in a TikTok video was that cheerleaders go days - if not weeks - without washing their hair. 'I had a cheer coach who told me she hadn't washed her hair in over a month.' The same, it appears goes for their uniforms and poms, which she claimed had to be sprayed with perfume because they smell 'horrific.' Tuttle also revealed that despite it being a necessary part of the job, cheerleaders are not provided with their own custom uniforms. According to her, during orientation, veterans would donate pieces to the rookies who would scramble them together to create a full uniform. But even then, they didn't always fit with some cheerleaders having to 'pin their pants.' Tuttle warned that cheerleaders have to be mindful of their behavior away from the field, taking care about what they post - especially when it comes to alcohol, which was strictly not allowed when she was a Charger Girl. And just because they're mindful of how they conduct themselves in their every day lives, doesn't mean the fans are.
