The MHSAA Division 1 playoff bracket heats up Friday night when the Woodhaven Warriors (8-2) travel to face the Saline Hornets (9-1) in a much-anticipated district final matchup. The Warriors come in off a dramatic 30-29 victory at Belleville last week, as senior Marquez McAdoo powered the offense with two rushing touchdowns in the nail-biting win. Saline continues its dominant campaign, riding a three-game winning streak that includes last week’s 43-13 triumph over Salem. The Hornets, led by quarterback Tommy Carr and playmakers James Rush and Patrick Williams, showed their firepower by scoring 43 unanswered points in that semifinal victory.
