Neuberg Diagnostics, a Chennai-based diagnostic chain, has expanded its presence in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana through a strategic partnership with Vizag-headquartered Vijaya Medical Centre. This collaboration strengthens Neuberg’s footprint in the Telugu states, bringing together Neuberg’s global expertise and Vijaya’s 40 years of trusted regional legacy. This was announced at a programme organised to unveil the new logo, at the Vijaya Medical Centre in Health City, here, on Monday (October 27, 2025). Dr. G.S.K. Velu, CMD of Neuberg Diagnostics and Dr. Madan and Suman Kalagara, founders of Vijaya Medical Centre, Dr. Koppaka Suryanarayana and Dr. Trinadh, Directors, were optimistic that the new partnership would provide the best diagnostic services to patients drawing from the strengths of the two groups. The integration ensures that patients benefit from faster, more accurate, and reliable results across a wide spectrum of pathology, radiology, and preventive health services. Dr. Suman said that Vijaya Medical Centre, founded in Vizag in 1985, has been meeting the diagnostic requirements of three generations of people. In the next decade, AI-driven preventive tests, before a disease strikes would be the in-thing. The molecular and genomic tests, which could identify future diseases, were expensive and it was here that Neuberg with its presence across the country through strategic partnerships, could be of help. Dr. Velu said that the joint venture would retain the name of Vijaya Medical Centre in A.P. and Telangana and Visakhapatnam would be the headquarters for the two Telugu States. He said that Vijaya Medical Centre’s 1.5 lakh sq. ft. facility at the Health City in Vizag was one of the largest independent diagnostics facility in India, offering an extensive range of pathology, radiology, molecular imaging, and preventive wellness services all under one roof.
