Sian Finn, 48, who now works in the Black Country, has taken her case to the West Midlands Employment Tribunal citing victimisation. Miss Finn worked in the organisation's sexual health services department between 2019 and 2024 and the tribunal is expected to hear evidence concerning the behaviour of management of the hybrid charity and company which relies on donations to operate.
