The Celtic board have driven fans to their "not a penny more" campaign in a bid to force boardroom change. Now it seems Rangers fans are going a step further and voting with their feet after another European disaster. Kevin Thelwell and Patrick Stewart were wheeled out at Danny Rohl's unveiling as the new Ibrox boss following what appeared to be a fairly shambolic recruitment process. And any cautious optimism born of the change in the dugout was obliterated by Brann and their comfortable 3-0 win on Thursday . Angry punters confronted Stewart and Thelwell in Bergen airport - a scenario they're becoming used to after getting a grilling in the lobby of a Graz hotel two weeks ago. Now some have had enough and have vowed to stay away until the duo have been emptied. Jimmy Mac, Glasgow, emailed: "I don't know about other Bears/Rangers supporters but I do know I will not be back at Ibrox until Stewart and Thelwell are gone. I wont be buying anymore tops at £80 plus for my family and I or anymore memorabilia. "We Rangers supporters are being taken for granted by Andrew Cavenagh and his arrogance of keeping Thelwell and Stewart even although both are completely responsible for the demise and complete failures of our team by offloading far superior players. 'Ex-Celtic manager Martin O'Neill stated: 'The majority of Rangers squad is not good enough to play for Rangers fc and Rangers shirts are too big for them.' "Money talks and the only way to stop being used/taken for granted is to hit them in their pockets with bums off the seats in Ibrox, our loyalty cannot and must not be used against us for Thelwell and Stewart to remain." Stuart McLeod says he won't be back either: "If Thelwell and Stewart stay in their positions I won't be stepping into Ibrox again. I have already passed on my season ticket for this season to my nephew and he can endure that shambles of a team. "Replaced Dessers with Chermiti downgrade Fernandes and Djiga for Balogun. Big Leon would defend better than both put together. Meghoma for Yilmaz or Jefte downgrade. "Antman for Cerny massive downgrade. Rothwell is a poor man's Conor Barron. Exactly where was the due diligence on these signings all that spending to become worse? George McLiesh added: "As long as Thelwell and his pals are at Ibrox we will never have a decent team again, we need a complete clear out starting at board level. "Who in their right mind plays someone up front who hasn't scored in nearly 3 years.? All the dumplings that Martin and Thelwell signed should be given a one-way ticket out of Glasgow. In all my years following R angers I have never so players as bad as this crowd of chancers. Walter Smith must be turning in his grave seeing what this lot have done to his beloved Rangers." However, their rivals reckon it's the fed up fans who are the real problem. Sean McGarvey, Cumbernauld, emailed: "When will these greeting rangers fans realise they are the problem? The hey act like they are a big club and can’t accept that top six is about there level. All they do is chase everyone away with there nonsense. "It’s like a wounded animal raging at the dying of the light Accept it. When will these greeting Rangers penny drop into your empty arcade?" Hotline regular George Wilson admitted that his only joy as a Rangers man now comes from seeing Celtic fail. If you didn't think that would act as a homing beacon on here, then you don't know this place at all. Sean Beech, Hampshire, replied: "I truly feel sorry for Mr Wilson if his only joy in life is in hoping another team fail. But the reality is it’s been like that for years now and all of their bravado about being the better team in Europe seems to have vanished like a morning mist in the full glare of the sun, now that both teams are in all the same competitions." Frank McKenna added: I see George PINNOCHIO Wilson stating the only JOY now is seeing CELTIC fail when that has ALWAYS been his JOY since day one sad guy."
