A nursery school teacher from Hampshire was left gobsmacked after discovering she had won a new supercar and a cash prize worth a whopping £150,000. Sharon Hoskins, from Gosport, won a £130,000 Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 alongside a £20,000 cash prize in an online spot the ball competition run by the dream car giveaway company BOTB. The 47-year-old was at work when presenter Christian Williams arrived to surprise her with the bright orange Lamborghini, which was parked nearby. "You’re joking me!” Sharon said. “I’m absolutely gobsmacked.” The mum-of-two, who has only been playing with BOTB for six months, described the whole experience as surreal. “The day was a blur, but it was an amazing experience. I’ve seen a couple of videos of other people winning, but you think it’s never going to happen to you,” she said. The Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 is a luxury super sports car, boasting a top speed of over 200mph. Sharon got to sit in the driver’s seat and start up the engine as Christian pointed out some of the car’s standout features. “It feels amazing, but I’m not sure what my neighbours are going to say when I pull up in this,” she said. The surprises didn’t stop there as Christian revealed her additional £20,000 cash prize. “I feel incredible and don’t need to work now,” joked Sharon, who said it cost her only £3.15 to enter the competition. Although she instantly fell in love with the Lamborghini, Sharon said she is considering taking the cash alternative, which she’ll use to book a holiday and buy her son a new car. “I would have loved the car, but it’s not practical. “We’ll be car shopping this weekend, are going to book a family holiday to Italy, go for a big family meal, and will invest the rest,” she added. Christian said: “It was incredible to see Sharon’s reaction. She was genuinely overwhelmed and full of joy. Moments like these are exactly why we love surprising our winners.” Katie Knight, BOTB co-presenter who joined Christian for the surprise, added: “The Lamborghini is stunning, and with the added cash prize, she has some amazing options ahead.” As well as giving away dream cars and lifestyle prizes, BOTB is currently raffling off a £695,000 luxury house in Devon, with tickets costing just £95p.
