Motorists are facing travel chaos this morning with parts of the M25 at a standstill. National Highways reports traffic had been stopped on the anti-clockwise carriageway between junction 29, at Romford, and junction 28, at Brentwood. Commuters are facing a nightmare journey to work with delays of around 80 minutes.
