Kate Gosselin is taking a major step in her relationship with boyfriend Steve Neild. Over the weekend, the Jon & Kate Plus 8 star went Instagram official with her former bodyguard. “One girl. 10 Things I’m obsessed with,” the video began. “1. My kids ❤️ 2. My boyfriend 😍.” In the photos, the pair posed in their bathing suits during what appeared to be a tropical vacation. Gosselin, 50, later shared her other obsessions, which include traveling, pizza, lattes and her dogs. While Gosselin did not reveal her boyfriend’s last name in the post, many fans were quick to share their excitement about the former TLC reality star finding love again. “Hard launch!! I love it!! And sooooo happy for you!!” one fan wrote in the comments section. “You deserve all the good things that life can give you 🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️.” Another user added, “@kateplusmy8 Steve!!! You and Steve!!!! I LOVE THIS!!! I always said to myself whenever I saw him on the show these two belong together. Love. Love. Love. Congratulations on you two❤️.” Back in September, Gosselin first revealed that she had been privately dating someone for more than a year. During a TikTok Q&A on September 22, Gosselin said, “Finally, yes. I am dating somebody for the past year to a little over a year, maybe like 14, 15 months. I am super, super happy. It’s somebody that I’ve known for a really long time and I am very, very happy.” At the time, Gosselin said her boyfriend “doesn’t really want to be on TikToks. Can’t blame him really I guess, but you perhaps will catch a peep of him here and there or once in a while going forward.” (Page Six was first to identify her new boyfriend as Neild, 50.) Sure enough, Neild made a brief appearance in an October TikTok Live while delivering Gosselin a latte. I just asked [Steve] what he wanted to do for Thanksgiving,” Gosselin said. “We invited some of the kids. Some of the kids have plans. We’re far away from home, don’t forget.” Kate — who shares 21-year-old sextuplets Aaden, Joel, Alexis, Hannah, Collin and Leah and 25-year-old twins Mady and Cara with ex-husband Jon Gosselin — revealed that her kids were away at college and “don’t have enough time off” to come see her. “It’s just going to be me and him, I guess,” Kate told her followers. “I said to him now, ‘What do you want to do for Thanksgiving?’ Thinking he’d say maybe we could get takeout from a restaurant or we can get an already made meal because you know I can’t cook. And instead he said, ‘Oh, I don’t know. I was thinking maybe we could go dancing.’” While it may sound like a nice gesture, Kate reminded her followers that she recently fractured her leg and underwent surgery. In her latest Instagram post, Kate said her health and “recovering from my injury” were two of her 10 current obsessions.
