Jey Uso Appears to Send Explicit Message to WWE Fans After SNME

Jey Uso has broken his silence following his defeat to CM Punk at Saturday Night's Main Event, and it seems like he is not happy with the WWE Universe. The former Bloodline member faced off against Punk in a match for the vacant World Heavyweight Championship after Seth Rollins was forced to vacate the title following the announcement that he would face a period of up to six months on the sidelines due to a shoulder injury sustained at last month's Crown Jewel: Perth event. Punk formerly held the title for a matter of minutes after securing the belt in his SummerSlam bout against Gunther, only for a supposedly-injured Rollins to cash in his Money in the Bank contract moments later, finishing off an exhausted CM Punk. 'The Best in the World' had earned his shot at the title after beating Jey Uso and LA Knight in a triple threat, number one contender match, while Jey's opportunity for the title came after his controversial victory in a 20-man Battle Royal, which saw his brother Jimmy save him twice, only for Jey to eliminate him from behind. CM Punk vs Jey Uso at Saturday Night's Main Event As things got underway in Salt Lake City, Utah, it was clear that Punk had the majority support from the crowd. With those in attendance chanting his name, the pair traded blows, seeking the opportunity to finish one another off. Jey managed to execute multiple spears, including one that sent Punk through the protective barricades, but failed to pin the Chicago native. The pair briefly traded finishing moves as Jey countered Punk's Piledriver with a GTS, before Punk rose to his feet and planted a spear on the Samoan. Eventually, back-to-back GTS's were enough to allow Punk to pin Uso and regain the title he held for mere minutes at SummerSlam. Jey Uso Reacts to SNME Loss In his first social media post since his loss, 'Yeet' took to Instagram to voice his frustration at both Punk and the WWE Universe. The post showed a picture of him slumped against the barriers, and his opponent stood aloft on the ropes, championship in hand. This was accompanied by a caption of "Yall Win", alongside a middle-finger emoji. While this could just be a voicing of his frustrations at failing to claim the title that he won (and lost) against Gunther earlier this year, it is likely a dig at the WWE Universe, who are seemingly turning on him. Jey will certainly have heard the chants of support for CM Punk during the match, which came after a growing number of WWE fans voiced their discontentment over his own rise in the WWE ranks, with many annoyed at his victory in the 2025 Royal Rumble, and suggesting that he doesn't have what it takes to be the face of the business.
