In an exclusive interview with Zoom, the actor spilled the beans about the supposed glamour of an actor’s life, calling it a “fizzling effect.” Emraan Hashmi says “Nothing Glamorous About Our Lives” In an exclusive chat with Zoom, Emraan Hashmi broke his silence on the realities of the entertainment industry. He shared, “It's an ongoing fight and struggle every day. Because people think that the industry is so glitzy and glamorous from the outside, but there is nothing glamorous about our lives. It is so much of work and so much of pressure and it's so much of heartache. That if you are in this business, you don't have a thicker skin to handle it, then you might not be meant to be in this." It's a fizzling effect, it's a one-hit-wonder kind of situation. But if you want this line, you will have heartaches, you’re gonna have moments where there are successes, and the drops are low, and then you have to pick yourself up and rise again, it's tough.” Emraan Hashmi will be seen in Haq alongside Yami Gautam and Vartika Singh. Directed by Suparn S. Varma, the film revolves around a landmark case in the Supreme Court of India. The film releases in theatres on November 7.
