While Cruz tried to guide the old man outside before rushing to help the woman, the guy mysteriously disappeared. Cruz manages to rescue the lady safely and searches for the man, but to no avail. From other rescue teams to hospitals, Cruz asks around everywhere about the old man, but could not find any clear answers. Towards the end, Violet manages to bring some information about the man matching Cruz's description. It turns out that he had died three years ago, bringing a twist that Cruz might have had a supernatural experience on the mission.
