AEGEAN remains committed to continuously expanding its network and developing new products and services and is now evolving its Miles+Bonus loyalty programme to further strengthen its focus on passengers and their evolving needs. The Miles+Bonus programme is evolving the way members maintain or upgrade their tier status, offering even greater recognition for their loyalty and trust, introducing a new rule for tier retention and/or upgrade, along with updates to the existing rules and a new tier. A transition period of at least 12 months has been established to provide members with sufficient time to adapt and become familiar with the new programme. Specifically, with the new rule, Miles+Bonus members will be able to upgrade and retain their Silver and Gold tier upon reaching exclusively a specific number of flights within the AEGEAN and Olympic Air network. The new rule ensures that frequent travel with AEGEAN and Olympic Air, both domestically and internationally, is fully recognised and rewarded. At the same time, the existing programme rules are being updated, with adjustments to both the number of flights required for tier retention and upgrades for Silver and Gold members, as well as the number of miles needed to maintain these tiers. Additionally, the benefits for Silver and Gold members are being further enriched, aiming to provide more options, additional privileges, and an upgraded travel experience for the programme’s most active members. Finally, the programme welcomes the new Platinum tier, which will offer exclusive benefits and personalised services to members with the highest flight activity, recognising their need for a superior travel experience.
