Dana White confirmed that the FBI is investigating the suspicious betting activity surrounding Isaac Dulgarian’s first-round loss to Yadier del Valle at UFC Vegas 110. Hours before the fight, the UFC’s integrity partner IC360 alerted the promotion to heavy bets on del Valle to win early.White said the UFC immediately contacted Dulgarian and his lawyer to check for possible injury or debt issues, both of which were denied. It has now come to light that the organization called the FBI from inside the arena after Dulgarian was quickly submitted in the first round.Dulgarian was released from the UFC on Sunday, and the Nevada Athletic Commission has withheld his fight purse pending further review. White confirmed that FBI agents met him twice this week and collected all necessary information for the case.Speaking in a recent appearance on The Jim Rome Show, White made it clear that any attempt to manipulate fights will be treated as a criminal act. He said:“About one o'clock in the afternoon, we got a call from our company IC360... So we called the kid and said, 'Do you owe anybody money? Are you hurt? Anything going on with this fight? And him and his lawyer both said no... The fight happened, and it ended in the first round. I literally walked back into my room in the back of the arena and called the FBI."He added:"There’s talk out there saying hundreds of fights are being investigated in the UFC. That’s all BS. None of that’s true. There are two instances we know about. Fighters saying they were approached to throw a fight and never told us, it’s a weird thing, but it’s a real thing. This kid hasn’t been proven guilty yet. It doesn’t look good, but there’s no concrete evidence. If you come in here and try to cheat or fix fights, I will be your worst enemy. I will come after you, and if you did it, I will do everything in my power to make sure you go to prison.”Check out Dana White's comments below:Oscar De La Hoya slams Dana White and TKO amid Isaac Dulgarian betting controversyOscar De La Hoya lambasted Dana White and TKO following the alleged fight-fixing scandal tied to the Isaac Dulgarian bout at UFC Vegas 110.De La Hoya mocked White and accused TKO of corrupting combat sports while trying to reshape boxing laws through the Muhammad Ali Act amendments.
