The latest injury update for Zion Williamson by the New Orleans Pelicans suggests the star is iffy to return after a one-game absence. Following a rabid history of hamstring injuries over the past two seasons, Williamson suffered a new foot injury setback on Monday before the 128-120 loss against the Boston Celtics.Williamson was questionable but got downgraded to out before tipoff.
