In the videos taken by paparazzi, Yami was seen posing for pictures and interacting with the photographers before heading inside. The actress appeared donning a chic yet casual style, proving airport style can be comfortable too. Yami’s look featured a black and white striped sweatshirt, which she paired with loosely fitted dark denim. Ahmed Khan vs Shah Bano Begum. Directed by Suparn S. Varma, the film revolves around a woman’s tireless fight for her rights after she was abandoned by her husband. Alongside Emraan Hashmi and Yami Gautam, the film also casts Sheeba Chaddha and Vartika Singh in other prominent roles. Produced by Junglee Pictures in association with Insomnia Films and Baweja Studios, Haq continues Junglee’s legacy of producing bold and relevant movies. The film is set to hit the theatres on November 7, 2025. Yami Gautam Reacts To Being Called A ‘Nationalist’ During the trailer launch of even Haq, the actress was seen reacting after being called “the face of nationalist cinema”. Yami took the question in her stride and replied, “Label hai, mujhe pata bhi nahi hai. I don’t know. Agar hai toh logo ka kaam hai kuch na kuch kehna.” She also added, “Yeh nahi toh kuch aur label, phir kuch aur, phir kuch aur. Parso kuch aur tha. Pehle kuch underrated label tha. Usse pehle kuch aur tha. It keeps shifting. Main vo sab nahi samajhti hoon.” Further talking about her decision to do this film, Yami revealed, “I am a person who goes by my instinct. If it’s a story worth telling, there’s a journey for every character. I believe in that.”
