Bijou Phillips moved on from her divorce from That ‘70s Show star Danny Masterson when she started dating businessman Jamie Mazur in early 2024. Phillips filed for divorce from Masterson in September 2023, two weeks after he was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison for raping two women in 2003. (Masterson has always denied any wrongdoing.) Us Weekly learned in October 2025 that Phillips asked a court to legally change her then-11-year-old daughter’s name from Fianna Francis Masterson to Fianna Francis Phillips as a way to distance her family from the imprisoned actor. Part of the process of Phillips moving on with her life was beginning a “casual” romance with Mazur. Us broke the news of the relationship in June 2024, revealing that the Raising Hope actress had been quietly seeing the Re/Done cofounder for a few months. “Their relationship has settled into something low-key and easy,” an insider later told Us in November 2025. “There’s no pressure or serious commitment, and they enjoy spending time together when it fits into their lives.” Keep scrolling for more information about Mazur and his romance with Phillips. 1. Jamie Mazur Has His Own Fashion Brand According to his LinkedIn profile, Jamie Mazur founded vintage denim brand Re/Done with his business partner Sean Barron in Los Angeles in 2014. “Re/Done’s mission is to restore individuality to the denim space, to reimagine iconic American heritage, and to cultivate responsible innovation,” the company said on its website. “Launched in Downtown Los Angeles in 2014 by Sean Barron and Jamie Mazur, Re/Done started with a simple idea of taking the old and making it new again, bringing the revolutionary concept of up-cycling to the forefront of the industry.” In the years since its launch, Re/Done has partnered with Disney, Hanes and Levi’s for signature denim apparel apparel. Mazur once referred to each Re/Done product as a “100 percent one-of-a-kind and a small piece of history.” “Vintage jeans have a ton of character with unique fading, destruction, and wear patterns — that individuality can also be a challenge as each jean will fit a bit differently, but it is completely worth it,” he told Julia Von Boehm. Re/Done has expanded from its original L.A. location to additional outposts in East Hampton, New York, Paris and Seoul, South Korea, among other cities. Mazur previously owned the brand Underground Denim, which he described as “basically a mobile sample sale of vintage denim.” 2. His Work Is Inspired by a Fashion Icon Mazur revealed to Draper’s in 2018 that his work with Re/Done — and his love of fashion in general — was partially inspired by designer Ralph Lauren. “Ralph Lauren [was responsible] for pioneering true American fashion and creating the most iconic American lifestyle brand,” he said. The fashion influencer also hoped that his work in the vintage denim sector would honor the “American heritage.” “I always want to find a way to create pieces that are relevant to current trends but rooted in American heritage,” he said. “Historical references really inspire me.” 3. Jamie Mazur Has 2 Children With Victoria’s Secret Model Alessandra Ambrosio Mazur was previously engaged to Victoria’s Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio. The former couple got engaged in 2008 and share two children: daughter Anja and son Noah. In 2016, Ambrosio opened up to Cosmopolitan about why she and Mazur never actually got married after their 2008 engagement. “If I have been engaged to him for eight years, then [a wedding is] not my priority,” she insisted. “I have a lot of things going on, and I haven’t got married because I’m so busy. I’ll think about that when I have time off.” Us exclusively reported in March 2018 that Mazur and Ambrosio had engaged their engagement after 10 years together. “They [have] been trying to keep their split on the down low, but Alessandra has been out and about ready to mingle and hasn’t been taking Jamie to anything,” an insider told Us at the time. 4. Jamie Mazur Started Dating Bijou Phillips Shortly After Her Divorce Filing Us reported in June 2024 that Bijou Phillips had started seeing Mazur following her split from her estranged husband Masterson. An insider explained that Phillips and Mazur “have run in the same social circles for many years.” “Bijou was friends with [Jamie’s ex-fiancée] Alessandra many years ago and that’s how they knew each other,” they added. “Jamie reached out to Bijou once he heard the news of Danny and wanted to make sure she was doing OK.” The source cautioned that Phillips’s latest relationship was “very new” but credited Mazur with being a “light during this dark and hard time.” “It’s casual, but they are seeing each other,” they told Us. “Jamie’s been making the effort to see her in Santa Ynez. He lives in Malibu, so they have been spending time in both places.” 5. Jamie Mazur and Bijou Phillips Were Determined to Keep Their Relationship Low-Key Over a year into their relationship, Us reported that Phillips and Mazur had developed “something low-key and easy” because both are “free spirits and very laid-back.” A source said Phillips was still living at her and Masterson’s farm in Santa Ynez, California, whereas Mazur “has his place in Bel Air that he is trying to sell and spends a lot of time in Malibu.” (The two California cities are around 100 miles apart.) Us disclosed that Mazur was very supportive of Phillips and her daughter, Fianna, in the wake of Masterson receiving his prison sentence. “Bijou’s main focus is her daughter,” a source told Us. “Bijou is extremely protective of her. Bijou doesn’t want her to grow up feeling defined by her dad’s past or have other kids label her because of it.
