West Virginia is hosting Colorado in a Big 12 college football game on Saturday as two teams that are clawing to reach a bowl game will face off. The matchup is scheduled to start at noon ET (10 a.m. MT) with TV coverage on TNT and streaming on-demand. West Virginia vs. Colorado: The matchup Colorado and West Virginia have both had disappointing seasons to date as the two programs enter the Big 12 game with identical 3-6 (1-5) records. It seemed as though Deion Sanders’ club might have turned a corner a few weeks back as the Buffaloes upset a ranked Iowa State team. However, since then, Colorado has been outscored 105-24 by Utah and Arizona. The Buffaloes could certainly use a win on Saturday in Morgantown. As for West Virginia, the Mountaineers are coming off of a ranked win after upsetting Houston on the road last weekend. Freshman quarterback Scotty Fox Jr. threw for a touchdown and rushed for two more against the Cougars. Fox was also impressive the previous week against a tough TCU team, throwing for more than 300 yards. It appears as though the Mountaineers have found their quarterback of the future and have a chance to finish the season strong. West Virginia enters the game as a 6.5-point home favorite.
