The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) will be announcing the West Bengal HS semester 3 exam on October 31. The result will be announced at a press conference on Friday at 12:30 pm. The press conference will be held at Vidaysagar Bhavan, Salt Lake, Kolkata.
