ASTANA, Kazakhstan, November 7. Vyacheslav Kim, owner of Kazakhstan’s Alatau City Bank, and DDH (North America), with the support of the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of Kazakhstan, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding valued at $300 million, Trend reports via the Kazakh ministry. The agreement aims to strengthen strategic partnership in digital mining, modernize energy and computing infrastructure, and attract private investment for the development of state-of-the-art data centers, enhancing transparency and efficiency in Kazakhstan’s mining industry.
