Repairs have now been carried out and the pool has reopened after being closed to the public for a day. A number of other works have been carried out as well. In an online post from Thursday, a Falkirk Sport spokesperson said: “We’re pleased to share the swimming pool at Grangemouth Sports Complex will reopen as normal, from tomorrow, Friday, November 7. “Repairs to the plant room following the water ingress have been completed, and all necessary safety inspections have been successfully passed. “We’re also happy to confirm that from tomorrow morning, the sauna and steam room are fully operational again. In addition, the new pool hoist has also been installed, restoring full accessibility for any customers who require its use. “Thank you to all of our customers for their patience — we look forward to welcoming everyone back.” Have you got a story you want to share with our readers?
