Lee Westwood once slammed the PGA Tour for copying the LIV Golf format. The Sasudi League started back in 2022 and made waves on the internet for its limited field, no-cut tournaments.The PGA Tour had also introduced the limited field tournaments without a cutline on the circuit. And hopefully, they will be held to account as we were in the early days."The signature events had an elevated purse of 20 million, and the winner also earns 700 FedEx Cup points. However, unlike LIV Golf, they are played on a 72-hole format.There are eight signature events introduced by the PGA Tour, and three of them have a cutline, including the Genesis Invitational, Arnold Palmer Invitational, and the Memorial Tournament of Champions.
