University of Wolverhampton hosts international launch event for CyberVehiCare as 200 participants gather to discuss advancing AI

The two day event, held in conjunction with the International Conference on Emerging Trends in Cybersecurity (ICETCS 2025) and the International Conference on Intelligent Technology, Systems and Services for the Internet of Everything (ITSS-IoE 2025), welcomed over 200 participants from across the globe, with more than 100 attending in person and another 100+ joining virtually. The launch was honoured by the presence and support of senior leadership from the University of Wolverhampton including Prof. Prashant Pillai MBE, Prof. Andy Gibson, and Prof. Tracy Warr. Invited Speakers and Panellists from leading institutions and organisations also contributed to the rich dialogue, including experts from CGI, Anaplan, Newcastle University, Université Laval, and more. Professor Prashant Pillai MBE said: “CyberVehiCare serves as the essential bridge connecting academic research, industry expertise, and policy, driving us toward a safer, smarter, and more sustainable mobility landscape.” The event featured workshops, tutorials, paper presentations, and panel discussions, fostering vibrant exchanges of ideas and collaborative opportunities. CyberVehiCare’s launch marks a bold step forward in shaping the future of secure, intelligent, and sustainable mobility. With global participation and interdisciplinary collaboration, the consortium is set to become a driving force in next-generation transportation technologies.
