A two-day national conference on Comprehensive Crop Management through Drone Technology in Agriculture (CCMDTA) will be organised at Farmers Knowledge Centre at the University of Agricultural Sciences in Dharwad starting Thursday. The conference will be inaugurated by Aequs Ltd. Chief Technology Officer Ravi Guttal, while Principal Scientist of ICAR-Central Institute of Agricultural Engineering Bhopal V.P. Chaudhary will deliver the keynote address. UAS Vice-Chancellor P.L. Patil will preside over the inaugural function. Four technical sessions will be organised during the conference in which eminent scientists from various research institutions will deliberate and share research results. The conference is being organised under the aegis of RKVY Project on Drone Technology, said a release.
