The Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) released the TRP for Week 42 today (October 30). While Anupamaa and Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 continued to rule, Bigg Boss 19 progressed positively. Let’s have a look at the top 10 shows of this week. Anupamaa Rupali Ganguly’s Anupamaa has a loyal audience. The family drama saw twists, emotionally driven moments and unlimited entertainment for viewers. It garnered a 2.1 rating in Week 42. Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 Giving Anupamaa a tough competition, Smriti Irani’s Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 came second. Sakshi Tanwar’s special appearance became a highlight. It got a TRP of 2.1. Udne Ki Aasha Kanwar Dhillon and Neha Harsora-headlined Udne Ki Aasha retained its third position this week too. It got a TRP of 1.6. Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai came fourth with a TRP of 1.7. It saw a slight decline in numbers in Week 42. Tum Se Tum Tak Sharad Kelkar and Niharika Chouksey’s Tum Se Tum Tak took the fifth position. In Week 42, the show recorded a TRP of 1.6. Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, the longest-running sitcom, garnered a 1.4 rating. The show took the sixth position. Bigg Boss 19 Salman Khan-hosted Bigg Boss 19 saw growth. The reality show finally returned to the top 10 with a TRP of 1.4. Vasudha Zee TV’s Vasudha, the Hindi remake of the Marathi show Paru, secured the eighth position in Week 42. It minted 1.4 ratings and retained the position despite decline in numbers. Ganga Maai Ki Betiyaan Ganga Maai Ki Betiyaan climbed up the TRP chart despite a fall in numbers. The show garnered 1.4 rating and took the ninth position. Pati Patni Aur Panga Pati Patni Aur Panga was back in the Top 10 with a rating of 1.4. It concluded the list for Week 42.
