The fundraiser was organised for The Way Youth Zone in Wolverhampton and Wolverhampton Grand Theatre's Memory Café, with Taylor Wimpey North Midlands raising £17,500 at the event thanks to those who made donations to support the fundraiser. The Way Youth Zone supports young people by providing a safe and supportive environment for each to learn, grow and discover their passions. Wolverhampton Grand Theatre's Memory Café hosts morning workshops supporting those living with dementia, their carers and family members. The workshops provide several activities, live music, entertainment and refreshments for its beneficiaries. Jamie Bishop, Production Director at Taylor Wimpey North Midlands, said: “We held our annual charity golf day at The Belfry Hotel & Resort and despite a bit of rain, the event was tremendously supported by our supply chain, making it a great success. “I would like to extend a special thank you to my colleagues Michelle, Darren, Sean and Emilie for managing several aspects of the charity golf day.
