Anthropologie has some of the cutest accessories around, but we all know that Anthropologie isn’t exactly the most affordable place to shop. Luckily, plenty of other brands have started making dupes of popular Anthropologie styles, but for a whole lot less money. Naturally, Target is one of these stores and the fan-favorite retailer recently dropped a new accessory that is giving serious Anthropologie vibes. Spotted by @targetscallingme on TikTok, Target’s new beaded espresso martini purse is so chic, and it looks eerily similar to an Anthropologie style nearly three times the price. “These NEW beaded bags are the perfect accessory for girls night out!! When it comes to the design of these espresso martini bags, they are both the same shape and style, featuring a shorter handle and a rectangular shape. The color schemes are also very similar, although Target’s purse is a deeper shade of brown. Both Target’s and Anthropologie’s purses feature beaded espresso martini illustrations, but this is where things do get a little different. For Anthropologie, both sides of the bag have espresso martinis, one side containing two martinis and the other side featuring six. Meanwhile, Target’s espresso martini bag only has the espresso martini emblems on one side, and there are just two total. Additionally, Anthropologie’s purse is completely beaded while Target’s version is predominately velvet, with stripes of beading and beads on the espresso martinis. Besides that, these two purses are still incredibly similar and really do give the same energy. The main difference to me is the price tag! Currently, Target’s A New Day Espresso Martini Beaded Purse is only available in stores; you can’t find it on Target’s website at this time. Definitely check out your local Target to see if you can get your hands on this cute new accessory. But don’t wait too long; this purse is quickly going viral and will sell out before you know it.
