The 28-year-old Olympic gymnast took to TikTok last week on October 30 to reveal that she’s undergone “three plastic surgeries,” challenging her followers to guess which ones. “Two of them you would never be able to tell,” she teased in the video, adding in the caption, “Take your guesses.” Oops! Another replied, “I’ll guess one….The girls look good and are sitting right!!!” A third guessed, “boobs, skinny bbl, and eye lift or skin tightening ? i’m literally guessing bc i can’t tell lol.” Biles responded to that last comment, confirming she’d had a breast augmentation, lower blepharoplasty (a lower eyelid surgery), and earlobe repair. “Lower bleph because I had THE WORST eye bags & ear lobe — my earring got ripped out when I was younger,” Biles explained in her response, using a cherries emoji to hint at her breast implants. The gymnast had previously sparked speculation about a breast augmentation earlier this year when she posted a swimsuit photo from her Belize vacation with husband Jonathan Owens.
