A photo taken on Thursday in the Oval Office while a man appears to pass out is going viral because of the reaction ― or lack thereof ― of President Donald Trump. During an announcement at the White House about lowering the cost of weight-loss drugs, an unidentified man collapsed. Dr. Mehmet Oz jumped to the man’s aid, while Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., hopped out of the way. Video of the incident shows Trump turning towards the man and watching him receive care before turning away and standing with his arms at his sides, as captured in a photo taken by Getty Images photographer Andrew Harnik. Harnik’s photo garnered a lot of reaction on social media as it seemed to support the notion shared by many that Trump isn’t really that concerned with other people. When the conference resumed a half hour later, Trump gave an update on the man’s status, without mentioning him by name. “One of the representatives of the companies, of one of these companies, got a little bit lightheaded,” he said. “We saw he went down, and he’s fine. They just sent him out, and he’s got doctors here. But he’s fine.” Why the man collapsed was still unknown as of Thursday afternoon. You can see the full video of the collapse below.
