Kakinada schools will remain closed from October 27 to 31, while institutions in West Godavari, Eluru, East Godavari, Annamayya, and Kadapa will stay shut on October 27 and 28. Districts including NTR, Bapatla, Krishna, and Guntur have also announced holidays between October 27 and 29 as a safety measure against heavy rain and strong winds.
