The road had been declared impassable following wind and rain in the area on Tuesday. READ: Section of Sandy Bay main road in Hanover impassable The NWA confirmed that access has now been restored to the roadway, which was blocked by washed-down silt and debris. The agency says work continues in clearing a main drain in the area, which is heavily silted.
