Report of Yearly Activities Educational Service Unit No. 3 of the State of Nebraska Pursuant to State Law Section 79-1228 and other laws, the Board of Educational Service Unit No. 3 of the State of Nebraska (ESU #3), which is located in La Vista, Nebraska hereby publishes its annual activities report. During the fiscal year (ending August 31, 2025), ESU #3 provided supplemental education services to eighteen public school districts in Cass, Douglas, Sarpy and Washington Counties in the following areas: Student Assessment Services; Instructional Technology including Internet Access; Staff Development; Library/Media Services; Data and Networking Services; Special Education; Driver Education; and operated Gifford Farm.
