Latest News November 11, 2025 Police constable killed in Moneague crash ST ANN, Jamaica — The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) High Command is mourning the death of a police constable who was killed in a motor vehicle collision on Anglican Street in Moneague, St Ann, on Monday afternoon. The deceased has been identified as 34-year-old Constable Christopher Condappa, a member of the Moneague Traffic Department. According to police reports, the incident occurred at approximately 2:30 pm while Constable Condappa was driving his service motorcycle along the roadway. A Suzuki Swift motor car, travelling in the opposite direction, reportedly collided with the constable’s vehicle. He sustained multiple injuries and was rushed to hospital, where he was pronounced dead. In a statement, the JCF High Command expressed condolences to his family, friends and colleagues, noting that the loss has deeply affected members of the constabulary. The JCF added that its Chaplaincy Unit, Medical Services Branch and Welfare Department arw actively providing support to Constable Condappa’s relatives and his team at the Moneague Traffic Department as they cope with the tragedy.
