"These cars are causing a hazard because people are having to go on to the road and a lot of the time there isn't an appropriate kerb, so if you have a wheelchair you're going to get stuck," he said. "It's a health and safety risk for everyone." Mr McCachan has six children and said he had faced obstacles with prams over the years. "It's just a nightmare. It's not safe at all," he said. "We think it is that people just don't understand the impact... we just want to educate people."
