As the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) presidential primary race gains momentum, former Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has stepped up his campaign with a visit to the Bono Region, where he met with delegates in the Berekum East Constituency. During an interaction held at the Berekum College of Education Auditorium, Dr Bawumia was received by an enthusiastic crowd of delegates who pledged their full support for his candidacy in the upcoming January 31, 2026, primaries.
