TOKYO - Nissan Motor Co. said Thursday it will sell its headquarters near Tokyo for 97 billion yen ($630 million) as part of its restructuring efforts. The automaker will lease the properties in Yokohama and maintain its global headquarters operations there, it said. Nissan said it will book a profit of 73.9 billion yen from the sale of the headquarters to a Tokyo real estate company and use the proceeds for facility renewals and business reform measures.
