Abbeygate Properties Ltd have lodged a planning application for the development of 98 new residential units and créche facility in Abbeygate, Ferrybank. The proposed development (namely Phase 3 of an overall masterplan) consists of 44 new housing units featuring 30 three-bed, two storey semi-detached houses and 14 four-bed two-storey semi-detached houses. The plans have been lodged with Kilkenny County Council.
