After an outstanding junior season that saw her lead the Bubblers to a division title and capture her 100th career goal, Boiling Springs’ Mackenzie Seiber picked up another honor on Thursday. The Mid-Penn announced their fall sports divisional all-stars, voted on by the coaches, and Seiber was tabbed as the Colonial Division’s girls soccer Player of the Year.
