Mercedes Mone is not taking any heat from the AEW roster, especially her foes. This was evident as 12 Belts Mone got into a huge backstage fight following some comments by her recent rival, Kris Statlander.On the October 29 edition of Fright Night Dynamite, Statlander appeared in a backstage segment. She spoke about Mercedes Mone ahead of their upcoming match for the AEW Women's World Championship at Full Gear 2025 and revealed that she would keep a close eye on The CEO in the weeks leading up to the event. Moreover, she even called out the TBS champion with fiery words, since they were both present in the building for Dynamite.Later that night, she was attacked by Mone in the backstage area and dragged to the ringside. Statlander countered her for a moment, only for Mone's new ally, Athena, to appear and assist her in laying a major beatdown on the champion. However, calvary arrived for Statlander in the form of Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron, leading to Mone and Athena retreating from the scene.As they were making their way up the entrance ramp, the commentators made an announcement for next week.
