Authorities are investigating a break-in and theft of two semi-automatic rifles from a firearms retail store in Holliston, Massachusetts, on Thursday night. Holliston police responded to the Mass Firearms School at 100 Kuniholm Drive around 11:19 p.m. Thursday for a report of a break-in, the Middlesex District Attorney's Office said. Video surveillance from inside the building showed that three people were on scene, two of whom were seen inside the store. Watch the video below: Upon arrival, officers found that the front glass door of the business had been smashed. Officers from nearby Ashland arrived moments later and assisted in clearing the building to make sure none of the suspects were still inside. A K-9 unit from Framingham also responded to assist with the search and the building was ultimately determined to be empty. A short time later, the owners of the store arrived on scene and determined two semi-automatic rifles that were hanging on the wall in the front lobby had been stolen, the district attorney's office said. Surveillance video confirmed that the suspects exited the building through the same entry point and fled the area in a vehicle before police arrived at the scene. The suspect vehicle is described as possibly a 4-door, light-colored sedan. Local In-depth news coverage of the Greater Boston and New England area.
