Two semi-automatic rifles were stolen from the front lobby of Mass Firearms School in Holliston. At about 11:30 p.m. on Thursday, it was reported to the Holliston Police Department that there was a breaking and entering in progress at 100 Kuniholm Drive, which is where the Mass Firearms School is located. Video surveillance showed three people at the scene, with two inside the firearms retail store, the Middlesex District Attorney’s office said in a press release. The front glass door of the business had been smashed by the time police arrived. With help from the Ashland Police Department, the two police departments cleared the inside of the building to ensure no suspects were still there. A K-9 unit from the Framingham Police Department also responded to assist with the search. The building was determined to be empty. The owners of Mass Firearms School confirmed that two semi-automatic rifles hanging on the wall in the front lobby had been stolen. Officials released video of the suspects, showing them entering and leaving the building through the same broken door. They then fled the area in a vehicle prior to police arrival. The suspect vehicle is described as possibly a four-door, light-colored sedan. The facility largest firearms training, retail and range shooting facility in Massachusetts. It opened in 2008 and offers a wide range of courses, according to the website. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Holliston Police Department at (508)-429-1212.
