A Married at First Sight UK star looked unrecognisable as she unveiled a glam transformation. Clinical coder Leigh Harris is amongst the hopeful singletons who are putting their faith in experts Mel Schilling, Paul C Brunson and Charlene Douglas this year. The 30-year-old from Romford was matched with construction consultant Leah Tyrer, aged 35, with the couple seeming like the ideal pairing on paper. However, Leigh didn't believe that Leah possessed enough masculine traits, telling cameras that she might have made a "mistake". After spending their wedding night in separate rooms, the newlyweds headed to snowy Switzerland for their honeymoon. Leah tried to bond with her new wife by taking her up a mountain to go ziplining, but Leigh's fear of heights caused her to distance herself further. Following an awkward couples massage, Leigh tried to get her relationship with Leah back on track over dinner. "I've sort of had to think about how I'm behaving. I know that I've had moments where I could've been more open and I could've put more effort in. So, I want her to know that I'm gonna take on board what she said," Leigh admitted. After watching the episodes, several MAFS fans were left speechless as Leigh unveiled a glam new hair transformation on social media. In a new Instagram Story, the star had notably dyed her hair a dark brown, a far cry from her signature blonde locks on the show. In the clip, Leigh expressed her frustration over the edit of her honeymoon, which she felt wasn't an accurate representation. "I've got to just come on here to try and back myself here because that edit of that honeymoon was f****** awful. Sorry, I'm still in a little bit of shock myself," she said. "I'm already getting an abundance of hate. It is what it is, but that massage scene did not go like that. We were in that massage room for about an hour. We both massaged each other, and we were having a laugh. "Each of those comments that were snipped and shown that I've made to Leah, we were laughing in between, we were having a joke. Believe it or not, we were getting on a lot better than it looks on screen right now." Leigh concluded: "I just feel like I'm being done absolutely dirty here, I'm not going to lie. Yes, I am fiery. Yes, I am blunt. I've got a dry sense of humour, that's who I am, but that was not as bad as it looks." Married at First Sight UK airs Sunday to Thursday on E4 at 9pm
