Luxury 'Instagrammable' café opens first Scottish branch in Glasgow

Glasgow shoppers have been treated to a host of new store openings recently. From fashion favourites to lifestyle brands, the city is booming with more offers. Now a luxury café with an iconic aesthetic has officially made its Scottish debut, with the doors to its first branch in the country now available to visit in the busy Silverburn shopping centre . Global sensation EL&N London has officially opened a branch in the H Beauty by Harrods store in the leading shopping destination from today, Wednesday, November 5, reports the Scottish Sun . The collaboration between the two upmarket brands will offer customers a "chic setting too aesthetic not to post", with visitors able to get their hands on a range of expertly brewed coffee and freshly baked treats. EL&N (short for Eat, Live and Nourish) is a café and lifestyle brand that aims to elevate the dining experience, with a description on its website claiming that it has been "named the world's most Instagrammable café." Founded by Alexandra Miller in Mayfair, London 2017, the brand has become famed for its unique and eye-catching interior designs that reflect its passion for fashion led food and drink. Now available in over 35 destinations across the globe that includes iconic hotspots Milan, Paris, Dubai and Kuala Kumpur, the sensational café offers an innovative menu packed with speciality coffees, patisseries and sandwiches. Sharing the news that it was expanding to Scotland with the H Beauty Silverburn destination, EL&N London wrote on Instagram: "Glasgow, we’re on our way. We can’t wait to welcome you to EL&N x H Beauty Silverburn on Weds 5th Nov." The news was met with a flurry of excitement from shoppers who couldn't wait to visit the latest store, with one writing: "Excited, can’t wait." A second shopper responded with: "Super excited!!!" While another Instagram user added: "Eeekkkk!!! Someone else enthusiastically responded: "YESSSSSS." While Silverburn shoppers can now visit Scotland's first ever EL&N London branch in the H Beauty by Harrods site, it's not the only luxury café to make its debut in the country recently. Award-winning dessert brand Snowflake Gelato, famed for its handmade ice creams made in the authentic Italian methods, recently opened in the Braehead Shopping Centre, marking its first in Scotland. Meanwhile, the Silverburn shopping centre itself has been introducing multiple major new retailers recently, leading it to be crowned "Retail Destination of the Year" by the 2025 SCEPTRE Awards, also known as the Oscar's of the retail industry. It comes after a mammoth year for the destination that has included multiple new brands including East-Asian inspired lifestyle firm KENJI , alongside a Jo Malone London for perfume fans and future openings announced for Wingstop and Oliver Bonas.
