Alabama football will face perhaps its toughest test of the 2025 season on Saturday, when Oklahoma visits Tuscaloosa. While the Sooners aren’t ranked as highly as Georgia, which the Crimson Tide beat earlier this year, the elite defense that head coach Brent Venables puts on the field will be a major challenge for Kalen DeBoer and company. If the Tide can beat the Sooners, it will keep the inside track for the SEC championship game, remaining undefeated in conference play. OU is playing to keep its College Football Playoff hopes alive, with two losses already on its record. On Wednesday, DeBoer is scheduled to make his weekly appearance on the “Hey Coach” radio show, live from Baumhower’s Victory Grille in Tuscaloosa. He’ll discuss the game, and take calls from Alabama fans on the air. DeBoer’s appearance is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. CT, and fans can listen on the Crimson Tide Sports Network.
