Hello chickens. Welcome to our politics live blog. Courtney Gould from the ABC's Parliament House team here and ready to to guide you through the day. It's one of those days where things are simmering in the background. Also on the agenda is a Reserve Bank meeting, where it's widely expected the board will vote to hold rates. Let's jump straight in, hey.
