Lidl's middle aisle this week to include heating must-haves for as little as £10

It might only be October, but snow has been spotted in Scotland . Add on the plummeting temperatures, and it's safe to say that it has gotten a bit chilly recently. This time of year always brings with it the need to keep the home warm, although, with the cost of gas still rising, many households are looking for alternative ways to keep warm without causing a huge heating bill. Which is exactly why portable fan heaters can come in handy, especially for those looking to give one occupied room a blast of warmth, and Lidl is about to drop a host of them this week. As of Thursday, October 30, the budget supermarket's middle aisle, dubbed 'Middle of Lidl', will be stocking over 20 fan heaters for shoppers to choose from ahead of another cold snap, with one for every size of room available. Prices begin from £9.99 for the Tronic Fan Heater which can be used to add a touch of additional warmth when it is extremely cold outside, with it being small enough for a workspace, or a cabinet in a hallway, living room or bedroom. With a practical handle that makes it portable, this heating gadget comes complete with two heat settings, an adjustable temperature control, alongside a tip and overheat protection for that extra security, especially in home with little ones and pets. There's also a larger variation for £24.99 that comes with a 75C oscillating function for optimum heat distribution, an ECO mode, a heater frost protection, an adjustable 15C to 35C temperature and an LCD display that indicates ambient temperature One of our star buys coming up this week has to be the Tronic Bladeless Fan heater, also available in black and white, as we have spotted similar models costing hundreds of pounds depending on where they are bought from, but Lidl's is fairly affordable a £69.99. Featuring a sleek, modern design, this heating must-have comes with four oscillating settings for 30C, 60C, 90C, 120C, which means it can heat an entire room, compared to other fan heaters that only direct heat in one direction. It comes with 20 speed settings, a variable temperature control between 5C and 35C, a 12-hour timer, a frost and overheat protection, with households able to select from three modes - natural, power and sleep. Available in a stylish matte design, this nifty heating gadget also offers a non-slip base top-over protection, a remote control and magnetic remote control holder, alongside a LED mood light in five colours. Meanwhile, Lidl says that its 'top pick' of the range is the Double Stove Top Fan, with the £29.99 item being powered by heat alone to increase the efficiency of households that have a wood burning stove or a log burner, offering an eco-friendly method to evenly distribute the heating. There's also some savings to be made, as Lidl Plus members can get the Tronic Wall-Mounted Ceramic Fan Heater for £29.99, instead of the usual £39.99, saving £10 off the RRP. Using a PTC element for a quick heat-up time, this heater can be set between 18C and 35C, with an oscillating function for an even airflow, alongside a LED display that features a digital thermostat, timer function and control panel. Coming complete with wall fixtures included for convenience, there's also a remote control that can control the temperature from any room in the home, alongside two heat settings to choose from 1150W or 2000W. Even better, alongside the portable oil-filled radiators that cost £29.99, all of these heater fans come with a cooling function that can be used in the summer, so shoppers are definitely getting their money's worth as they can be used all year round, depending on the weather outside. Shoppers will be able to find a range of 20 fan heaters in Lidl stores nationwide this Thursday, October 30.
