LIC HFL set target of ₹4,250 crore in home loan business for Andhra Pradesh

LIC Housing Finance Ltd. (LIC HFL) aims to reach ₹4,250 crore in home loan business for the 2025-26 financial year in Andhra Pradesh. So far, it has achieved ₹1,628 crore during the first half of the year, up to the second quarter. In Visakhapatnam, the company has recorded ₹658 crore against a target of ₹1,770 crore during this period, as stated by the Managing Director and CEO, Tribhuwan Adhikari. LIC HFL set target of ₹4,250 crore During a meeting with select media at a hotel on Monday, Mr Adhikari mentioned that the company has focused specifically on Andhra Pradesh this financial year. For the first time, it has appointed a dedicated marketing head for the state, who is based in Vijayawada. Mr Adhikari visited the city for the first time to lead a two-day regional meeting with staff from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. He noted that LIC HFL has 303 marketing offices across the country. Witness steady growth in Q2 FY 2025-26 Regarding the company’s overall performance in India, Mr Adhikari reported that LIC HFL showed steady growth in Q2 FY 2025-26. It recorded a net profit after tax of ₹1,353.87 crore, which is a 2% increase year on year. Total disbursements for the quarter were ₹16,313 crore. Revenue from operations rose by 3% to ₹7,163 crore, and Net Interest Income (NII) also increased by 3% to ₹2,038 crore. The Net Interest Margin (NIM) for the quarter was 2.62%, and Profit Before Tax (PBT) grew 2% year on year to ₹1,704.71 crore.
