Outfielder Kiké Hernández had some fun at Drake’s expense and took a playful shot at Drizzy when addressing the Dodger Stadium crowd on the mic. “It’s October’s Very Own!” he said, which felt as if he was ripping a WWE promo. Drake was in attendance for a couple of the World Series games in Toronto, and even after the torturous extra-innings loss in Game 7, the 6 God thanked the team for a “dream season.” “Congrats to the Jays for a dream season and a legendary World Series fight,” he wrote to his IG Story. After the Jays took a 3-2 series lead following Game 5, Drake even had some fun trolling Dodgers superstar Shohei Ohtani with a pair of posts to his IG Story. However, it came back to bite Drake once the Dodgers won the next two games in Toronto, including a classic Game 7 by a score of 5-4, which ripped the hearts out of Canada’s team, which was inches from capturing its first title since 1993. The Dodgers poured salt in the wound for Drake when referencing lyrics from Kendrick Lamar’s scathing “Not Like Us” anthem in a team photo on social media after clinching the World Series on Saturday night. “THEY STILL NOT LIKE US,” the Dodgers wrote.
