Kim Kardashian revealed she developed a "little aneurysm" in the Season 7 premiere of “The Kardashians.” According to Mayo Clinic, an aneurysm is "a bulge or ballooning in the wall of a blood vessel" and can occur in several parts of the body. A ruptured aneurysm can cause bleeding inside the body, which can often result in death. An MRI detected Kardashian’s MRI in her brain. "There's like a little aneurysm," she said in Episode 1 of the new season, out Oct. 23. "Woah," Kardashian's sister Kourtney Kardashian Barker said, seemingly shocked. Kardashian replied, "They’re like, 'It's just stress.' And I’m like, people think that I have the luxury of walking away." As she spoke about her health issues, a video played of Kardashian getting an MRI on her head in what appeared to be a hospital. While speaking to her mom and sister Khloé Kardashian on the phone, she said, "This week has been the hardest week of my life." "I'm happy it's over," she added in a confessional. Kardashian spoke about her health issues elsewhere in the episode. She linked her psoriasis, a skin condition that leads to thick, scaly patches, to stress caused by her relationship with ex-husband Kanye West, who now goes by Ye. Without mentioning a specific incident involving Ye, Kardashian said she was experiencing a flareup at the time of the episode. The last time a flareup happened was during the divorce. When a producer asked her what goes through her mind when she see’s Ye’s “behavior happening,” Kardashian replied her “poor kids.” Kardashian and Ye share four children. “Everyone around can handle it, but like, protect my babies because they’re going to know things, they’re going to grow up, they’re going to see,” she said. “My job as a mom is to just make sure that at a time when that behavior is happening, is just to make sure that they are protected.” The reality TV star likened her relationship with Ye to Stockholm Syndrome, where a captive develops loyalty to his or her captor or to an abusive situation, per the Mayo Clinic. However, she said that's changing. “This was the first time I didn’t feel that responsibility personally that I should have stuck it out or I could have helped,” she said. When asked if she ever expects an apology from Ye, Kardashian responded, “No.” “I’m not looking for it,” she said. “I don’t care.”
