Katie Sinclair Upped To Head of Film & TV at Riff Raff Entertainment

EXCLUSIVE: Katie Sinclair has been promoted to Head of Film and TV at Jude Law and Ben Jackson’s Riff Raff Entertainment. She is being upped from Head of Development at the company, a post she has held since 2022. Sinclair, who came to Riff Raff from Blueprint Pictures, has played a pivotal role in developing and managing a slate of high-profile projects for the company, building strong relationships across the industry and helping to shape the company’s vision for film and television. She most recently worked on Riff Raff-originated series Black Rabbit, which debuted as a number 1 show on Netflix in the U.S. in September. The limited series, set against the backdrop of New York City’s high-pressure nightlife scene, sees Law star alongside Jason Bateman as two brothers who are pushed to the brink by their duty to family and their pursuit of success. Sinclair also worked across Riff Raff’s thriller The Order, from Snowtown and Macbeth director Justin Kurzel. That project, which premiered in competition at the Venice Film Festival in 2024, sees Law star as an FBI agent convinced that a domestic terror group is behind a spate of robberies in the Pacific Northwest. Nicholas Hoult and Tye Sheridan also star in the title. Riff Raff was born in 2017 from a desire for both Law and Jackson to get involved in projects across a “broader landscape”, not solely for vehicles for Law to act in, but rather to both work on creatively. Initially a self-financed entity, the duo began making a conscious effort to option books around 11 years ago before formally launching Riff Raff. In 2022, it received a multimillion-dollar capital injection from investment firm Calculus Capital and its Calculus Creative Content EIS Fund.
