TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - KAI Daop (regional operations) I Jakarta will open long-distance train ticket bookings for the year-end travel period starting from December 1, 2025. This early release is intended to give the public ample opportunity to plan their Christmas and New Year holidays.Ixfan Hendriwintoko, Public Relations Manager for KAI Daop I Jakarta, stated that the train schedules and operations will be adjusted to meet demand and operational dynamics, all while maintaining the highest standards of safety and passenger comfort."We have prepared and adjusted the travel schedules. KAI ensures that customers can still enjoy a safe, secure, comfortable, and timely journey," Ixfan confirmed in a written statement on Thursday, November 6, 2025.He added that the early ticket booking aims to anticipate the surge in demand during the long year-end holiday period.
